Help! I have to write a toast/speech for my best friends wedding!? - funny things to write in a wedding

I've never seen anything like this before. We have the best friends for 12 years. There are so many things I could say, but I really do not know how or what is appropriate, traditional, either. Has anyone any advice? I'm not very good to be funny, and I think something is missing, along the lines of the senses. Each design / ideas flow toast? To tell what kind of things? Maybe even a great poem? Any ideas on this are greatly appreciated!
