Lets have a big debate!! Do you think drug takers and alchoholics should be entitled to have there children? - alchoholics with big bellies
I say no, because personally do not live alcohol and drug addicts to take care of the children and help them without knowing the quality of life in all not easy to be brought into a house where they can have the quality of life, they need and deserve rather than see the parents are degraded by day.

The problem with alcoholics and drug addicts is that addiction is all-consuming, and when they need their next dose or drink what I can think of and everything else is forgotten.
Curiously, despite taking is considered hard drugs as the biggest "sin", the children can be successfully weaned from heroin addicts in the form of dependence (although it should be a very unpleasant start) to life. Children of alcoholics are damaged for life. They are easily recognized by their irregular shape of the eyes, and has a lower IQ and learning problems forever.
So I have probably the correct answer to your question: no. Although I'm sure he's booed.
